Winfrey Estates is Houston’s premier 55+ Active Adult Community for people ready to live their senior years to the fullest with a community of friends, fitness, and socials.

Winfrey Estates includes 113 single-family courtyard homesites. Three semi-customizable floor plans range from 1,500–2,800 square feet. Every home includes a private courtyard, 2- 3 beds, 2 baths, a 2-car garage, and an optional bonus suite for the grandkids. Homes start from the high $300s.

As a lock-and-leave community, the HOA handles front and rear lawn care and outdoor maintenance. Spend a month traveling and come back to a house that looks the way you left it.
