We confirm every registration by email, so you have a record. From there, we keep you posted through closing and coordinate the paperwork with your client.

In our 55+ community, buyers select finishes and options within their floor plan. For our Houston homes, buyers have semi-custom input on finishes, options, and layout. Selections are finalized within 10 days of contract, so the build starts without delay.
