Our work does not end when you get the keys. Every ROC home comes with a six-year warranty and a clear way to get help if something needs attention after you move in.
We have built homes across the Houston area for more than two decades. Responsive warranty service is a large part of how we build that trust.
Your 6-2-1 Warranty Coverage
Every ROC home is covered by a 6-2-1 warranty, administered by ACES Builders’ Warranty. The numbers refer to how long each type of coverage lasts.
Structural
Covered for 6 years from the date of closing.
Covers major structural and foundation defects.
Systems
Covered for 2 years.
Covers the plumbing, electrical, and HVAC systems that run through your home.
Workmanship and Materials
Covered for 1 year.
Covers the fit and finish of your home, such as finishes, tile, and cabinets.

How to Submit a Warranty Request
You can submit a warranty request below. Your request goes to our construction team, who will schedule the work.
Service calls are scheduled Monday through Friday, from 9:00 am-5:00 pm.
Please keep the following in mind when you request service:
- Review your ACES warranty handbook before you submit. It explains what the warranty covers and what it does not.
- Allow 2 to 3 business days for the work to be scheduled.
- You must be home for scheduled appointments and repairs.

About ACES Builders’ Warranty
ACES Builders’ Warranty administers the ROC Homes warranty as a neutral third party. They have provided warranty services since 1994.
ACES also inspects each home during construction. They check the foundation before the concrete is placed, the framing for electrical, plumbing, and HVAC, and a final inspection that includes drainage.
